ROG amendment: Bundestag decides to abolish EIA and species protection assessment
Now the
Federal legislators also tackled the revision of the ROG. Core of the
ROG amendment is the abolition of the EIA and the species protection assessment in the areas covered by the WalG/
WindBG. The amendments now adopted
could be a real "boost" for the expansion of onshore wind energy.
