Our customized Multi-Mega-Watt wind turbine rotor blades are developed in Germany, manufactured in Poland and delivered within and outside Europe. Blades can be selected from the current range of products or new designs or modifications of available blades can be designed according to the customer’s requirements. The final result is a tailor-made solution, which meets the specific conditions of the customer optimally.

Besides the development and production of rotor blades EUROS GmbH can support you as a service provider in the following areas:

• Consultancy, calculation and evaluation respectively benchmarking of fibre composites (elasticity, stability and fatigue behaviour)
  
• Planning of production technology, quality management and process development, manufacturing of prototypes and supervision, plus optimisation of the series production
  
• Consultancy, design, calculation and evaluation of fibre composite structures, especially for rotor blades of wind energy plants, e.g. stiffness, stability, fatigue, performance in terms of stability
  
• Aerodynamic designs, load calculation, design of the profile, noise simulation and prediction, performance simulation
