We advise on all questions of grid connection, the costs incurred as well as congestion management and the integration of storage solutions. In contract law, we attach particular importance to the review and drafting of direct marketing contracts, energy supply or energy purchase contracts as well as the design of local supply models. When acquiring or selling projects, we advise both the buyer and the seller (preparation and execution of due diligence, drafting and negotiation of the corresponding contracts).
