Our company has launched a project for the construction of a wind farm in the Republic of Moldovawith a total installed capacity of 35 MW.
As part of this project, we have:
- 15 plots designated for wind turbine installation
- Detailed measurement data on wind potential in the region
- A technical approval for the grid connection
- A transformer station and a 110 kV grid connection, which are currently in the design phase.
We are considering two possible forms of cooperation:
1.) The purchase of used wind turbines with a total capacity of 35 MW
2.) A strategic partnership in which the partner provides wind turbines in exchange for an equity stake in the project.
This offer is valid until May 1, 2025. In addition, our company is the exclusive distributor of a large manufacturer of power transformers in the Black Sea region and is also engaged in gas and electricity trading.
