Caeli Wind Launches New Ready-to-Build Asset Class

Berlin, January 16, 2025 – Caeli Wind, Europe's leading innovator in the digital planning and brokerage of wind energy projects, is expanding its platform offering to include the "Ready-to-Build" asset class. These approved and investment-ready wind farm projects offer utilities and investors the opportunity to skip the early stages of development and start implementing a wind farm right away.

The first project in this category, "Everest", is now available on the Caeli marketplace. Strategically located in North Rhine-Westphalia, "Everest" includes the possibility of installing 32 modern wind turbines with a capacity of 212 MW. In addition, the interesting project has expansion potential for an additional 306 MW.

Project Everest: A top German location

With an altitude of around 600 metres above sea level and an average wind speed of 6.8 m/s, "Everest" combines excellent site conditions with modern wind turbine technology. The project is approved under the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and has municipal agreements as well as EPC contracts with Enercon and Vestas. Interested investors can arrange project presentations via the Caeli Wind platform under www.caeli-wind.de. The signing is planned by June 2025, and commissioning is scheduled for 2026.
