Rostock, 08 August 2025 – Rostock Wind, one of the most important industry events in northern Germany, took place for the 14th time as part of the Hanse Sail. More than 200 visitors took the opportunity to find out about current developments and gain new impetus for wind energy projects.
A special highlight this year: Rostock Wind presented more forums and lectures than ever before. In the topics of "Planning", "Financing", "Technology" and in the newly introduced "Recruiting" forum, the participants were given exciting insights into a total of 23 specialist presentations and the opportunity to engage in lively discussions with experts.
One of the highlights was the contribution of Prof. Dr. Martin Maslaton, who always presents his latest ideas first at Rostock Wind and thus once again attracted special attention from the expert audience.
Despite all the innovations, one thing has remained unchanged: the traditional evening trip across the Warnow. With the best weather and musical accompaniment by live bands on both ships, the event came to an atmospheric close, including networking in a maritime atmosphere.
Interested parties can already make a note of the next date: On August 7, 2026, Rostock Wind will celebrate its 15th anniversary.
