Im Namen und im Auftrag der Berechtigten wird am Freitag, den 29. November 2019 um 13:00 Uhr (MEZ) im Konferenzraum „Goltstein“ des Hotel Meliá in der Inselstraße 2, 40479 Düsseldorf der Verkauf von drei verpfändeten Winergy-Getrieben für Senvion-Windturbinen im Wege der öffentlicher Versteigerung gemäß § 647 BGB (Pfandrecht des Werksunternehmers) durch den allgemein öffentlich bestellten, vereidigten Versteigerer Herrn F. Eberhard Ostermayer bewirkt. Die Versteigerungsgegenstände sind jeweils gebrauchte, komplett im Flender Werk (Flender GmbH) überholte, instandgesetzte und unter Volllast getestete Windgetriebe. (Weitere 2 Getriebe werden ebenfalls versteigert.)
