An onshore wind project right close to approval is offered for a single turbine with 6.8 MW in a legally binding wind priority area in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The site is characterized by above-average wind conditions, an exposed location in the main wind direction and a high yield expectation. Environmental assessments and mapping have been completed, and there are no restrictions relevant to approval.
The permit application according to § 6 WindBG was submitted in Q2 2025, the approval is expected for Q2 2026. The sale will take place in an asset deal.
