Onshore wind project rights with 28 MW in Schleswig-Holstein

The offer is the sale of project rights for an onshore wind project in Schleswig-Holstein with a planned total capacity of 28.00 MW. The project comprises four Nordex N163/6.X wind turbines, each with an output of 7.0 MW and a hub height of 164 metres.

The site has good wind conditions with an average annual wind speed of 7.45 m/s at hub height. According to p50, the expected net energy yield is 88,152 MWh/a based on a draft TR6 yield report and two preliminary yield estimates.

The BImSchG application was submitted in May 2026. In terms of planning law, the project is located within a concentration zone for wind energy. In addition, the planning law is secured by the land use plan.

All project rights are held by the seller. An SPV has already been founded; the project rights can be transferred to this SPV. This means that a transaction structure is possible as a share deal for the sale of 100% of the SPV shares and thus a complete exit of the seller.

Long-term land security contracts have been concluded. The lease structure is 6.5% in years 1 to 10, 7.0% in years 11 to 15 and 7.5% in years 16 to 30.

The grid connection is in close coordination with the grid operator. A preliminary positive technical assessment is available; the final capacity commitment is currently being finalized. Participation in the Federal Network Agency's tender will be possible from 2027.
