Description of the wind project
Onshore wind project right in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania - 105-294 MW
It offers a large-scale onshore wind project right in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with a planned total capacity of around 105 to 294 MW. The project enables a flexible entry through the acquisition of 25 to 50 percent of the planned sites and is aimed in particular at institutional investors, strategic partners and operators with a focus on scalable wind portfolios.
The site is characterized by very good wind conditions of around 7.6 m/s at a hub height of 180 m, economically viable lease agreements and a high development potential due to possible area expansions.
The application for a preliminary decision pursuant to Section 9 (1a) of the Federal Immission Control Act will be submitted in the fourth quarter of 2025, and approval is expected in the first quarter of 2027. Environmental mapping is ongoing or already available; all planned wind turbines are located outside relevant nest zones.
The sale will take place in an asset deal and offers a reliable basis for a pro rata or structured entry into a large-scale wind site close to approval.
