Repowering onshore wind project right in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania – 49 MW
It offers a large-scale repowering onshore wind project right with a planned total capacity of around 49 MW at a windy coastal location in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The site is free of external stock, has a low risk of compaction and yield and has exclusive repowering rights as well as long-term, economically attractive lease agreements.
Approval in accordance with Section 16 of the Federal Immission Control Act and on the land use plan is expected in the second quarter of 2027. A positive network preliminary inquiry has been submitted. The sale will take place in an asset deal and offers additional development potential for battery storage and ground-mounted PV.
