Onshore wind project rights in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania - approx. 43.2 MW
An onshore wind project right with a planned total capacity of around 43.2 MW in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is being offered. The site is located in a pre-populated location with already approved wind turbines in the vicinity and very good wind conditions of around 7.6 m/s.
An application for a preliminary decision pursuant to Section 9 (1a) of the Federal Immission Control Act was filed in August 2025. Approval is currently expected in the first quarter of 2027. The project is eligible for approval according to § 6 WindBG and § 245e BauGB.
Economically attractive, turnover-based lease agreements without a minimum rent have been concluded. Sound, shadow and stability certificates are already available. Environmental mapping is currently underway, all plants are outside relevant taboo radii; in the case of an investment, a case-by-case assessment is carried out.
The sale is an asset deal and is aimed at investors and operators who want to take over a large-volume, near-approval project at a very good onshore location.
