For sale is a fully approved large-scale onshore wind energy project in Latvia with a total capacity of 936 MW. The project comprises 130 approved wind turbines, each with a capacity of 7.2 MW, on around 1,300 hectares of owner-occupied land.
The building permit has been issued in full. The grid connection is currently under construction. Construction can start in 2027. The purchase price for the property is EUR 11.5 million. The project purchase price is EUR 50,000 per MW, bringing the total to EUR 46.8 million.
