Dairy farm combined with 420 MW wind energy project in Latvia
For sale is a modern, economically stable dairy farm with around 1,000 cows and a total area of 2,500 hectares in Latvia. The company generates annual sales of around EUR 7 million with a profit of around EUR 1.5 million before taxes.
In addition, the offer includes a fully permitted onshore wind energy project with 60 wind turbines and a total capacity of approximately 420 MW. Grid connection and access roads are secured, grid operator is AST.
The planned annual lease income from the wind project amounts to around EUR 3.3 million (approx. EUR 55,000 per wind turbine). Energy storage solutions can be integrated as needed.
The sale will take place in a share deal (SIA – Latvia). The purchase price for the farm is EUR 12 million. The total package, including the energy project, is EUR 29.9 million. Payment in installments over a maximum of five years is possible.
