Onshore wind project law with a secure level of development
An advanced onshore wind project right in Brandenburg is up for grabs. The project combines an already secured state of development with additional scaling potential and is aimed at investors and developers who are focusing on substantial expansion in the onshore segment.
The current state of development comprises three secured sites with a total capacity of 19.2 MW. A preliminary decision pursuant to Section 9 (1a) of the Federal Immission Control Act has already been issued for these locations. In addition, the project offers an attractive perspective for gradual further development.
The location convinces with very good wind conditions with 6.4 m/s at 100 m, 7.14 m/s at 140 m and up to 7.76 m/s at 180 m hub height. The land protection already includes eight contractually secured areas with a total of 26.68 ha.
The infrastructural framework conditions are also solid: access is via existing access roads via federal or state roads. The grid connection can be realized by expanding an existing 110 kV substation.
The clearly structured economic framework conditions are particularly relevant for investors: the lease is based on earnings and is between 7.0% and 10.0%. In addition, an annual minimum rent is provided for each wind turbine.
