EnviroTrust is a data and AI-based platform for the analysis of future climate and environmental risks for energy plants and infrastructure. In the field of renewable energies, EnviroTrust supports operators, project developers, investors and buyers are helping to improve their assess how changing climatic conditions will affect the long-term impact of the performance and the economic value of wind, solar and storage projects.

Especially for wind farms with planned operating periods of 15, 20 or more years, this consideration is becoming increasingly important. Historical yield data and classic wind reports form above all the past and current site conditions. EnviroTrust complements these consideration of future-oriented climate projections and thus enables an additional perspective on the long-term development of a location.

To this end, the platform connects, among other things: satellite data, climate models, local weather information, and technical and operational data of the respective energy plants. Global climate models are based on specific locations. Future scenarios can be calculated up to 2050 and beyond or – depending on the model – until 2100 .
