HMN Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG acts as the holding company; the management is in the hands of HMN Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungs-GmbH, the managing director is Dr. Burkhard Müller.
The company was founded in 1999 by the limited partners Waldemar Hassler, Burkhard Müller and Egon Neumann in order to realize a management buy-out, today the company belongs to Thomas and Jens Hassler as well as Dr. Burkhard Müller.
HMN Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG is not itself operationally active. Its associated companies E.I.S. Electronics GmbH, E.I.S. Bremen GmbH and E.I.S. International GmbH are active in the business areas of design, manufacture and repair of wire harnesses for aerospace and defence applications, passenger convenience solutions and temporary employment.
