Our company consists of three Erbendorfers, namely Birgit Grünbauer (née Ernstberger), Albert Nikol and Maria Schmidt as well as Richard Mark Leighton-Myles from Reichenau near Waidhaus, who lives in Upper Palatinate by choice.
In 2009, we launched Natural Energy Solutions GbR, giving a name to a visionary idea and joining forces. We have already been able to gain initial experience in the wide range of so-called renewable energies in the field of biomass using wood chips, geothermal energy, photovoltaics and solar energy. As a logical extension, we focused on the field of "wind energy". The identification of local wind areas for small wind turbines as well as initial measurements were tackled. Very early on, we had to realize that economic value creation was only possible with larger plants in the megawatt range.
