Since the development of the first Ramboll wind turbines in 1986, we have been able to rapidly expand our involvement in wind energy projects. Ramboll is now regarded as the world's leading consultancy in offshore wind energy – more than 65% of offshore wind turbines are built on foundations designed by Ramboll. With the acquisition of the two consulting specialists BBB and CUBE in August 2016, Ramboll supplemented its service portfolio and also secured more than 20 years of project experience in the field of onshore wind. The presence in the German market was also significantly strengthened.

With our international, interdisciplinary and wind energy-specific expertise, we are a full-spectrum planner and consultant for wind energy projects. Ramboll offers comprehensive expert services for the different project phases, i.e. from the feasibility study, business plan and impact assessments to planning, design, execution, delivery, and subsequent operation and maintenance.

Ramboll manages projects effectively or participates in the various sub-projects with expertise according to customer needs. We not only offer "one-stop-shop" consulting with global competence centers, but are also present with a network of subsidiaries in order to be able to serve our customers directly on site. As a full-service provider for wind energy projects of all kinds, we support our customers along the entire value chain – with the appropriate resources to be able to implement even large wind energy projects.
