With more than 430 employees, the RENK plant in Rheine, the second largest location of the RENK Group after its headquarters in Augsburg, has consistently specialised in the production of transmission and clutch solutions for customers from all over the world.
The plant at the Rheine site was created in 1986 through the spin-off of the "Industrial and Marine Gearboxes" product division from Augsburg to RENK-TACKE GmbH. In 1996, the complete takeover of the TACKE shares took place. Since then, drive technology has been developed and manufactured for a wide variety of industries and applications. RENK Rheine supplies well-known customers from the fields of power generation, oil & gas, the steel industry and marine technology, among others.
