Since 1995, SOWITEC has had experience in the support of wind turbines and now manages over 100 wind turbines in technical and commercial management.
The smooth operation of the wind turbines is our goal, and we are working around the clock to achieve this. Through online monitoring and an on-call service, SOWITEC service GmbH ensures the highest availability of each supervised system, and local troubleshooters in each wind farm enable rapid fault rectification. This concept has proven itself and pays off in the form of significantly shorter downtimes of the wind turbines. The online monitoring is based on constantly improved software that has been developed specifically for the performance monitoring of wind turbines.
Through round-the-clock monitoring, all operating data is recorded and documented. Performance characteristics are checked and optimisations are proposed, faults are analysed together with the manufacturer of the wind turbine and rectified as quickly as possible. In addition to remote monitoring, regular visual inspections and inspections are also carried out. At regular intervals, our technical staff also examine the condition of the systems in detail with an expert. The employees are constantly trained in order to be able to optimally support new plant types and technologies.
