To increase the access to renewable wind energy of the small and medium consumers, Freen OÜ (Estonia) offers to purchase and install small vertical wind turbines of its own production, with an installed capacity of 20 kW.

- No wind orientation mechanism
- The turbine operates at low speeds (108 rpm), which gives increased safety for fauna and people
- In-house production of turbine components in Estonia
- Strong gusts of hurricane winds do not lead to fatal structural destruction, or damage to surrounding objects (lightweight wing construction)
- Use of direct torque transmission drive
- The absence of a gearbox is a factor of: reduced energy loss between the generator and the rotor, reduced noise levels, absence of transmission oil and reduced mechanical wear
- The Freen-20 is controlled by a certified inverter and proprietary FREEN SCADA software
