8.03 ct/kWh by 2037! VENSYS V112 , 2.5 MW for sale - Strong earnings history and prospects at the site
As part of a structured sales process (share deal), an operational 2.5 MW onshore wind asset in Lower Saxony with commissioning in 2017 and existing EEG subsidy entitlement is up for sale. A value of 8.03 ct/kWh to be applied to the plant is documented in the grid bills.
The project includes a VENSYS V112 with a nominal output of 2.5 MW, a rotor diameter of 112 m and a hub height of 93.5 m. The turbine was commissioned in 2017. The many years of operating history document a solid yield performance. The original yield forecast already shows a P75 yield of around 6.00 GWh per year for the VENSYS plant.
Particularly interesting for investors is the combination of ongoing existing operations and long-term location prospects. The existing land use agreement provides for an annual usage fee of only 18,600 euros and runs for 25 years of use with two extension options of five years each.
In addition, the existing usage agreement generally allows the operation of a wind turbine with a nominal output of up to 5 MW and a total height of 200 m and its replacement by one or more corresponding turbines. This means that in addition to existing operation, there is an interesting long-term location option, subject to the necessary permits.

In addition to the current income from the existing operation, the long-term securing of the location offers additional strategic prospects for future continued operation or subsequent redevelopment of the site. The buyer takes over existing financial assets and a current loan.
