We are looking for an investor for the joint construction of a wind farm, consisting of from 3 Enercon E-82 wind turbines 2 MW 108,3 hh. The investment shall consist of the construction and sale of the parks of another company with fixed profit margin. The proposed rate of profit would be 20-30%.

Second possibility is that we build and sale of energy earn - intended return 12-14% annually.

We are in possession of a final building permit, supply conditions agreed to, the right of disposal over the plot, 5-year period of the analysis of wind.

Localization: Voivodship Pomorskie (Pomeranian, region West and South of Gdansk, one of the best wind zones in Poland).

In recent times wind projects that are in the approval stage, from the top are in Poland down blocked by the RDOŚ (regional directorates for environmental protection) and it is very likely that as well as projects that are already approved, as also completed wind farms gain substantially in value.

Required capital: over 3 million euros.

Soon we will be in possession of permits to build more wind farms.

We are not brokers, the project has been prepared by us 100% and 100% is our property.
