Onshore wind project law in Brandenburg
The offer includes a wind project right in Brandenburg with a total potential of 21.6 MW (3 wind turbines). Currently, two sites with a combined capacity of 13.2 MW are secured under planning law by a preliminary decision in accordance with Section 9 (1a) of the Federal Immission Control Act.
The wind conditions can be classified as very good with a speed of up to 7.44 m/s (at 180 m NH). The securing of land is already well advanced with over 49 ha.
The corresponding offers were obtained for the compilation of the application documents for a full licensing procedure in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act. Access is possible via the existing country road. The grid connection can potentially be realized via the nearby substation or a 110 kV overhead line.
The lease conditions are yield-dependent (between 7.0% and 10.0%) with an attractive minimum lease structure.
