Onshore wind project rights in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania – approx. 14 MW
An onshore wind project right is being offered for two high-performance individual turbines with a planned total capacity of around 14 MW at a high-yield prime location in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.
The site is located in an exposed main wind location and is characterized by high specific yields as well as economically attractive, secured lease agreements. The approval is planned on the basis of the prior effect of a draft wind priority area, and a preliminary decision pursuant to Section 9 (1a) of the Federal Immission Control Act is expected for the second quarter of 2026.
The project is at an advanced stage of development. Sound, shadow and stability verifications are available, environmental mapping has largely been completed, and environmental assessments are in preparation. A positive preliminary network inquiry has been received, the final network commitment is still pending.
The sale will take place in an asset deal and is aimed at investors and operators who want to enter a profitable project with a free choice of manufacturer at an early stage.
