Approved onshore wind project right with Nordex or Enercon option up to 14 MW in North Rhine-Westphalia

A highly advanced onshore wind project in North Rhine-Westphalia is being offered. For the two wind turbine sites offered, final BImSchG permits have been obtained.

Buyers thus have a free choice: they can implement the approved Enercon turbines or, if they prefer the Nordex N175, have them easily converted to the Nordex turbine. This has already been agreed with the licensing authority. The expert reports can be adapted to the Nordex variant at short notice in consultation with the experts.

A current plant comparison based on data from a nearby existing plant forecasts a free park yield of 43.8 GWh/a for the Enercon variant and a free park yield of 41.2 GWh/a for the Nordex variant. A grid connection capacity of a total of 21 MW at a substation has been secured for the project.
The plant locations and access roads are secured with moderate leases.

In addition, a possible third turbine site on its own land is still in coordination with the approval authority and offers additional development potential.
