The core competence of Bachmann Monitoring GmbH, measurement and analysis of vibrations, makes it possible to monitor onshore and offshore wind turbines down to the last detail. The monitoring expert, who has been based in the technology location of Jena/Rudolstadt since 1998 and is certified by Germanischer Lloyd, has been a subsidiary of the Austrian Bachmann electronic GmbH in Feldkirch since 2011. Intelligent solutions: The certified CM teleservice via the Internet (remote monitoring) forms the basis for the efficient monitoring of decentralised systems. The early detection and localization of weak points ensures the operation of the plants and increases yields in the long term. Structure-borne sound-based condition monitoring can be complemented by diagnostic functions such as rotor blade and structure monitoring as well as the preparation of vibration reports for the wind industry. Bachmann offers both control-integrated condition monitoring solutions and type-independent (stand-alone) CMS. These CM systems also make it possible to safely monitor the rotor bearing, for example. As a world first , the fully control-integrated CM system 'Omega Guard' was also certified by Germanischer Lloyd in 2012. This certification has so far been a unique position on the market. All CMSs from Bachmann meet international standards, such as IEC 61400-25-6. The compatibility of the information models and the exchange of information is always guaranteed. Extensive CMS integration into existing network structures and control center systems is possible. International: Bachmann currently monitors approx. 5,000 onshore and offshore wind turbines worldwide out of approx. 6,000 equipped wind turbines. The portfolio includes 25 different wind turbine manufacturers with approx. 79 different wind turbine types from 600 kW - 8 MW.
