The online condition monitoring system Peakanalyzer does not require any learning phase and only an extremely low level of support. This is achieved by the DVS analysis integrated in the device, which performs a largely fully automatic evaluation of vibration events. Great importance was attached to data quality in the development of the system and procedures. Thus, the analysis is preferably carried out in order spectra that are formed by resampling. The CMS, which can be two to 32 channels depending on the equipment, can also be connected to a particle counter for lubricant analysis, and the reporting of certain events or conditions can be activated.
GfM is independent. There is no commitment to spare parts suppliers, repair or insurance companies for drive technology. The diagnostic reports and expert opinions are therefore neutral in nature.
