Liebherr's components division is the only manufacturer in the world that can supply not only individual components, but also the entire product range, such as slewing bearings, rotary actuators, electric motors and hydraulic cylinders for electromechanical and hydraulic rotor blade and yaw adjustment in wind turbines. An essential part of the cooperation with customers from all over the world is application-specific engineering for the coordination of the individual components. In the wind industry, Liebherr works with almost all well-known turbine manufacturers and has equipped more than 15,000 wind turbines with components to date. The product spectrum ranges from components for 800 kW turbines to solutions for multi-megawatt turbines in offshore use.
