Since 2019, Sima Wind Power has been dealing with the replacement of the main bearings on the rotor shafts of wind turbines up to 3 MW.
SYMA Wind works with wind turbine operators or project developers to repair or replace rotor shafts. We provide inspection before replacing the main bearing.
There are various options available here. For example, endoscopy, sound emission measurements or lubricant analyses to determine whether bearings need to be replaced. After delivery of the rotor shaft, dismantling begins with ongoing logging of the dimensions and individual production steps, followed by a professional repair report.
